Online DBT Skills Group sessions via Online Zoom, Microsoft Teams and face to face if within our locality.

This will be a DBT Skills Development Group sessions of DBT 4 Skills modules namely:

Mindfulness– This skill set allows you to concentrate on the present moment rather than worrying about the past or the future. DBT skills sessions frequently begin with a brief mindfulness exercise.  

Emotion Regulation- This set of skills can help you understand, be more aware of, and control your emotions.

Distress Tolerance- This entails learning to deal with crises without resorting to harmful actions such as self-harm.

Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills- This entails learning to ask for things and say no to others whilst remaining respectful of yourself and others

£55 per session online

£90 – Face to Face groups per person, per session

Duration: 90minutes
1 initial assessment (£100)
4 modules x 6 weeks=24 weeks
1 review session after every module (Optional)
